Terms of Service

Membership payments will be enabled after approval from the selected payment provider. Until then, memberships cannot be purchased or activated, and the terms below that describe the paid service will take effect when it becomes available.

These terms govern your use of betaurasports.com and, once available, any BETAURA membership. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

BETAURA is a premium international sports analysis and prediction membership platform led by football and basketball, with selected coverage across tennis, MMA, rugby and baseball. Members will receive carefully prepared predictions, match insights, confidence ratings, risk ratings and supported bookmaker codes through a secure private dashboard.

BETAURA covers football and basketball as its flagship sports, with selected coverage across tennis, MMA, rugby and baseball. Which sports and packages a member receives depends on the plan held.

BETAURA is an analysis and information service. So that there is no ambiguity about what that means:

• BETAURA is not a bookmaker, betting exchange or casino.
• BETAURA does not accept bets or wagers.
• BETAURA does not hold customer stakes or betting balances.
• BETAURA does not place bets for subscribers.
• BETAURA does not pay winnings.
• BETAURA does not control bookmaker decisions or sporting outcomes.
• Predictions are opinions and are not guaranteed.
• Every betting decision is made independently by the user, at the user's own risk.
• Betting involves financial risk, and money can be lost.
• Losing predictions are not grounds for refunds.
• The service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over who are legally permitted to bet where they live.

Any wager you choose to place is a decision you make yourself, with a bookmaker of your own choosing, entirely at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old to use a BETAURA membership, and you must be legally permitted to bet in the territory where you live. Sports betting and the promotion of betting information are restricted or prohibited in some countries and regions. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law that applies to you.

An age check will form part of registration when signup opens. If we learn that an account holder is under age or is located somewhere the service may not lawfully be offered, we may suspend or close the account.

Predictions published by BETAURA will be opinions formed from statistical research and match study. They are not statements of fact, not financial or investment advice, and never a guarantee of any outcome. Sport is uncertain, and any selection can lose.

Confidence and risk ratings are internal editorial judgements intended to help you weigh a selection. They do not express a probability of profit and they do not reduce the risk of loss.

Once BETAURA has published results, past performance will describe what has already happened. It will not predict future results, and it must not be relied on as if it did.

Accounts do not exist yet. When registration opens, an account will be personal to one individual, and the details you give at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Do not share your password, and do not let another person use your access.

If you believe someone else has obtained access to your account, tell us at support@betaurasports.com as soon as you can so the account can be secured. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, shared or used in breach of these terms.

Pricing will be published at the same time as membership access opens. No plan can be bought and no account can be activated before then, and this website contains no checkout of any kind.

Once memberships are available, a membership will grant one person access to the content included in the plan chosen. Memberships are personal. Sharing, reselling, republishing or redistributing BETAURA content — including screenshots of selections — is not permitted and may result in the account being closed without refund.

The principles below will govern paid membership once it is available. They are stated now so that nothing about the commercial relationship is a surprise later:

• A membership will run for a stated period and, where it is a recurring plan, will renew automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
• The price, the billing period and the renewal date will be shown before any payment is confirmed.
• Card details will be handled by the approved payment provider. BETAURA will not receive or store full card numbers.
• Notice will be given before a change to the price of an existing recurring membership takes effect, and you will be able to cancel before it applies.
• A failed renewal payment may suspend access until it is resolved.

You will be able to cancel a membership from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the unused part of a period unless the law where you live requires it.

A membership pays for access to analysis and information for the period covered. It does not pay for a result, so a losing selection — or a run of them — is not a service failure and is not grounds for a refund.

You agree not to misuse the website or the member dashboard. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting content, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

The BETAURA name, branding, written analysis, ratings and site design belong to BETAURA. You may use member content for your own personal reference only.

BETAURA aims to keep the website and, once it opens, the member dashboard available and working. It is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault, a third-party outage or an event outside our reasonable control.

The scope of coverage may change: sports, competitions, packages and features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the service develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, it will be communicated to affected members.

A prolonged failure on our side to deliver the content included in a paid plan is treated under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Betting carries real financial risk and money can be lost. BETAURA publishes analysis for adults who have already decided to bet; it does not encourage anyone to bet, to bet more, or to bet beyond their means, and it is not suitable for anyone experiencing gambling-related harm.

You are expected to set your own limits, to avoid chasing losses, and to stop if betting stops being something you can comfortably afford. The Responsible Betting Policy on this site sets out this position in full and is part of these terms.

Put plainly: BETAURA is responsible for providing the analysis and information included in your plan. It is not responsible for what you decide to do with that information, or for how a match, a fight or a bookmaker settlement turns out.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETAURA is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions you take after reading it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in them removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version will always be published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Where a change materially affects members, reasonable notice will be given before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
