This policy explains how BETAURA handles personal information collected through this website and, once available, through a member account. It describes both what happens today and what will happen when memberships open, and it says clearly which is which.

This website is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no signup form, no search box and no input field of any kind, so there is nothing on it for you to submit.

• It does not set cookies.
• It does not use local storage, session storage or any similar browser storage.
• It does not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session-recording tools.
• It does not load fonts, scripts, images or any other resource from a third-party server.
• It has no login, no account and no database behind it.

Where the site invites you to get in touch, the link opens your own email application. Nothing you write is collected or transmitted by this website; the message goes from your mail client to the address shown.

Although the site itself collects nothing, serving a web page is not anonymous. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers record standard technical information about each request — typically the IP address that made it, the time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported by the request.

These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by anything BETAURA has added to the page. They are used to deliver the site, to keep it available and to protect it against abuse and attack, and they are retained for a limited period by the provider before being deleted. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with other information, and are not used for advertising.

If you email BETAURA, we receive whatever your message contains: your email address, your name if your mail client sends one, and anything you write. This correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of what was agreed, and it is used only to answer you. Email is not a secure channel, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial details to support@betaurasports.com.

None of the following is collected today, because accounts and payments do not yet exist. When memberships open, BETAURA expects to collect the following in order to operate accounts:

• Account details such as your name and email address, used to create and administer the account.
• Age-confirmation information, used only to check that you are eligible to use the service.
• Membership and billing records, including which plan you hold, its renewal status and a payment reference, used to provide the plan and to keep proper financial records.
• Basic technical information such as device type and approximate region, used to keep accounts secure and to detect misuse.
• Support correspondence, used to answer your enquiries.

Card details will be handled entirely by the approved payment provider. BETAURA does not and will not receive or store full card numbers, and it does not hold betting balances of any kind.

When accounts open, a session cookie will be needed to keep you signed in. It will be strictly necessary for the dashboard to work, and this policy will be updated to describe it before it is used.

• To provide the content included in your membership plan.
• To confirm you are eligible to use the service.
• To take payment and to send service messages such as billing and account notices.
• To send optional updates, which you can decline or switch off at any time.

BETAURA does not sell personal information, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

Information is shared only with the providers that make the platform work — hosting, email delivery, and the payment provider once payments are approved — and only to the extent each one needs it to perform that function. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires — for example, financial records generally have to be kept for a period set by tax law. Correspondence is kept while it is relevant and then deleted.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including encrypted connections to this website. No online service can promise perfect security, and no such promise is made here.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent for optional messages.

To make a request, email support@betaurasports.com from the address the information relates to. Optional email can be stopped at any time by replying and asking, or by using the unsubscribe link in the message. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you may also complain to the data protection authority for your country.

This website can be reached from anywhere, and the infrastructure that serves it and the providers that support it may be located in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred across borders, it is transferred only to providers that are required to protect it to an appropriate standard.

Reaching this website from a particular country does not mean the service is offered or lawful there. Whether you may use BETAURA is governed by the Terms of Service and by the law that applies where you live.

BETAURA is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, no part of it is designed to appeal to them, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. An age check will form part of registration when signup opens.

If you believe someone under 18 has sent us personal information, email support@betaurasports.com and it will be deleted.

So that the scope of this policy is clear, the same limits stated in the Terms of Service apply throughout:

• BETAURA does not accept bets or wagers.
• BETAURA does not hold customer stakes or betting balances.
• BETAURA does not place bets for subscribers.
• BETAURA does not pay winnings.
• BETAURA does not control bookmaker decisions or sporting outcomes.
• Predictions are opinions and are not guaranteed.
• Every betting decision is made independently by the user, at the user's own risk.
• Betting involves financial risk, and money can be lost.
• Losing predictions are not grounds for refunds.
• The service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over who are legally permitted to bet where they live.

BETAURA covers football and basketball as its flagship sports, with selected coverage across tennis, MMA, rugby and baseball. Which sports and packages a member receives depends on the plan held.

This policy will be updated as the service develops — in particular when accounts, cookies and payments are introduced. The current version is always published on this page with the revision date shown at the top, and any change that materially affects how personal information is handled will be communicated to affected members.
