Membership payments will be enabled after approval from the selected payment provider. Payment and refund enquiries can be sent to this address once that approval is in place; there is nothing to charge or refund before then.

If betting has stopped being something you can comfortably afford, write to support@betaurasports.com and say so. A request to close a BETAURA membership for this reason will be actioned without argument and without a retention offer.

BETAURAis an information service, not a bookmaker. It does not accept wagers, hold customer stakes or pay winnings, and it cannot influence a bookmaker’s decisions or a sporting outcome.
